This is Dan Nelson and I was on Farragut street today in Andersonville. And I was thinking about the person that the street was named after Admiral Farragut, who was from the South, but fought for the North during the civil war, war Farragut was a decorated Admiral and he's most famous for the phrase "damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!"

I love Farragut street. It's one of the four streets that surrounds the famous water tower in Andersonville. It is the street that runs right into my favorite independent bookstore in Chicago, Women and Children First, which have a street sign named after them. We have very few properties for sale on Farragut and in Andersonville at all.

If you are someone who's looking to take advantage of this market, I would love it if you reached out to me. I'm happy to give you a free home evaluation.
